International Seminars
The Centre runs advanced small-group seminars on International Business Coaching advanced coaches, consultants and talent/learning and development leaders. The seminars are run in different cities around the world, with local input from the Centre's Country Directors. The Centre operates from the assumption that its clients have the capacity to generate their own solutions to challenges. We assist leaders and executive teams to gain clarity within fast-paced and unpredictable international environments. We work through the systematic application of advanced techniques of international business coaching. Our methodology is grounded in research and experience from multiple cultures, organizations, and disciplines. Our objective is to co-create contextually useful knowledge and facilitate its application.
The Centre works predominantly with senior management within multinational organizations and utilizes a network of highly experienced and qualified coaches and consultants spanning Europe, Asia, Latin America, and North America. Most of our clients have an engagement with international business - extending across the commercial, educational and not-for-profit sectors.
The Centre delivers unique group coaching seminar around the world. These high level and challenging four day seminars also offer a pathway for a limited number of people to be accredited by the Centre as International Business Master Coaches.

The Director of the Centre, Geoffrey Abbott PhD, is an acknowledged expert in international business coaching. He facilitates ongoing knowledge development and sharing in this relatively new field through his group coaching seminars, research, writing and coaching work. Most recently he has co-edited and contributed to the Routledge Companion to International Business Coaching (Moral & Abbott, 2009).
